(adoptable designs & art)

These terms automatically apply when you participate in my adoptables and art sales (including art commissions, YCH and bases), so please read them in full. They apply to any and all of my designs & artwork, unless otherwise stated. Violating any terms listed here is grounds for blacklisting from my services. I may update these terms at any time.Last edited June 24, 2026.

BUYING AND PAYMENT:I. All payments are in USD only, via Paypal or Ko-fi.II. Pay within 48 hours of your offer being accepted.III. You may request in advance for a hold.IV. I will not accept holds longer than 120 hours (5 days), unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.V. If you need other payment options, please discuss with me before offering.VI. If you fail to pay within 48 hours or the agreed upon timeframe, I have the right to assume your offer withdrawn.   ——! Please notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to pay due to circumstances beyond your control, such as illness, loss of a loved one, loss of internet connection, force majeure events or a financial emergency.VII. You may not use a design/artwork before it has been bought, i.e. payed for in full.VIII. I do not accept refunds, please consider carefully before offering.
On bidding and offering on auctions/OTA's:i. Do not edit or hide your bid - do not bluff or take back offers.ii. Do not offer more than what you are able to pay.iii. Conduct yourself respectfully when buying and bidding, including with me and others.


BUYER’S RIGHTS & TERMS:


You may:I. download the original file of the bought/commissioned design or artwork.
   (I do not guarantee perpetual file archiving, keeping a copy is your responsibility)II. co-own the bought design
   (I will not be overseeing this process)III. re-post the bought design/artwork with credit (crediting by name for my work, with a working link to any one of my sites)IV. edit the bought design/artwork to any extentV. use the bought design/artwork for personal, non-commercial use or projectsVI. rehome the bought design in the following ways:
a. trade or gifting
b. resell the bought design for not more than the sale value, plus the value of art add-ons (commissioned art & personal art only, gift/trade art do not add value).


You may not:I. falsely claim credit for the bought design/artwork to anyone except me (or any collaborators, if applicable)II. use the bought design/artwork for any purpose or project involving hate speech, generative AI or blockchain/NFTs. This will result in a permanent blacklist.III. resell the bought design for more than what you paid for plus the value of other art add-ons (commissioned art & personal art only, gift/trade art do not add value)IV. make and sell copies of the bought design, or “breed” it with the intention of selling identical copies of the original design.


You MUST:I. contact me to discuss before using the bought design/artwork for commercial purposes, if commercial rights were not explicitly included in the sale. A commercial use fee may be incurred.
   ‘Commercial purpose’ includes (but is not limited to): merchandising, branding, livestreaming or other projects where profit may be involved.
ARTIST'S RIGHTS & TERMS:I. I may use any sold design/artwork in my portfolio or for self-promotion.II. I will not use any sold design/artwork commercially or for personal projects, other than in portfolio or promotional use.III. I reserve the right to deny purchase or service to someone for any reason, including (but not limited) to known histories of scamming, theft, or use of artwork for purposes related to hate speech, generative AI or blockchain/NFTs.IV. I reserve the right to apply rules to any individual sale, at my discretion, that override the terms of this document. These case-by-case rules will always be communicated in advance. Except where terms are overridden, the terms of this document will still apply.
